How do I create a Mystra account?

The Mystra app is live on the App Store and Google Play. Download it, then sign up with your email address or a social login. You will be guided through setting up your profile as either a Creator or a Brand.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your registered email address. A reset link arrives within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam folder.

How do payments work on Mystra?

Brands deposit campaign funds into escrow when the campaign is created. Once a deliverable is approved, funds release to the creator’s connected payment method. Every movement is visible to both sides.

How do I update or delete my account?

Profile details are editable in the app under Settings. To delete the account, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account, or email support@mystrahq.com. Some records are retained where the law requires it.

How are creators matched with brands?

Mystra matches on profile, niche categories, audience demographics and location. You can also browse and apply to open campaigns directly.

What if I have a dispute with a campaign?

Raise a dispute from the campaign details screen in the app. Support reviews the case and works with both parties to reach a resolution.

How is my data protected?
